• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, website and anything you write in a contact or support form, email, call or text message.
• Client information: details needed to deliver our services, such as account access you grant us, project details and billing contacts.
• Website usage: pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

• To respond to inquiries, provide quotes and deliver the services you request

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it to contact you about your inquiry, support requests, appointments and, if you separately opt in, occasional offers. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy, except with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel), website platform (Shopify), email, analytics and accounting providers, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Some of our service providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent to marketing, or ask us to delete your information, subject to legal requirements. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.
