SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by ForceFive Media, operated by 7953372 Canada Inc. Last updated: October 22, 2026.

What you will receive

When you opt in, ForceFive Media may text you about your inquiry, quotes, support requests, appointments and the status of work we are doing for you. If you separately agree to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers and updates about our services.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on forcefive.ca, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@forcefive.ca or (613) 601-3527.

Carriers and privacy

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
